Dear SMAANZ Community,
Please be aware that the next Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Association will be held on Wednesday 2nd December 2020 in conjunction with SMAANZ Week 2020 (please see attached Notice, as bullet-point two below, for further information).
SMAANZ Board Elections
In addition, the SMAANZ Board Elections will be held as part of the AGM (Nomination form is attached to this email). All Board positions will be open for election, with multiple positions available for the 2021-2022 period.
Please remember that only current financial members can submit a vote at the AGM. As communicated earlier, the Board made the decision to extend all 2019/2020 SMAANZ members through to September 2021 for no charge. That means if you attended the 2019 SMAANZ Conference in Christchurch, or have joined as a SMAANZ full or HDR member since October 1, 2019, you will remain a SMAANZ member through to September 30, 2021.
SMAANZ membership is not included in this year’s SMAANZ Week registration. For those who aren’t current members but would like to vote, please click here to renew your membership. If you are unsure whether you are a current financial member, please email email@example.com and we will confirm your membership status.

- The Minutes from the 2019 SMAANZ Annual General Meeting
- The notification of the 2020 SMAANZ Annual General Meeting
- Nomination forms for nominations to the SMAANZ board (must be returned to the SMAANZ Secretary by 9th November 2020)
- Proxy forms for people who are unable to attend and would like to cast their vote (returned to the SMAANZ Secretary at least 24 hours prior to the AGM)
